The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, service interest and project message. You can also contact us directly by email or phone. Please share only the information needed for your enquiry.
Online submission is not configured. The form validates your details locally and opens an email draft in your chosen email application. The website does not transmit the form to SoftDots; you review and send the email yourself. Form values are not saved to browser storage.
We use information provided in an enquiry to understand it, respond and continue the related conversation. Please avoid sending passwords, credentials or sensitive personal information.
Theme preferences and tracking
The website does not include analytics, advertising trackers or nonessential cookies. It stores an explicit Light, Dark or System theme choice in your browser’s local storage so the preference can be remembered across pages and visits. This preference is not sent to us by the website.
On your first visit, the website follows your device’s colour preference. Choosing System also follows later device theme changes. You can change the selection in navigation or clear this website’s browser storage.
Email applications and external websites
Email buttons open your chosen email application. Phone links open an available calling application. The directions link opens Google Maps, and product links may take you to https://cabnexus.in. These external services operate under their own policies.

This policy covers the corporate website. It does not describe data handling inside CabNexus or replace privacy information provided for that product.
